80’s star Ruper Everett was first recognised for his groundbreaking LGBT performance in Another Nation. Not one to be typecast, his charming looks ended up getting him film roles playing the “bad boy”. At one point he tried his hand at music, but it didn’t end up going very far. A lot of people remember him from My Best Friend’s Wedding, alongside the talented and equally beautiful Julia Roberts.

Even though it’s not possible to compare the two images here, it’s safe to say that he hasn’t aged all too badly over the years. Although you might not have seen him in too many recent roles, he continues to lend his voice for animated projects like Shrek and Chronicles of Narnia. Apparently he enjoys writing a lot too, and he uses the platform to help raise awareness for various social challenges faced by the world today.
