Minimal Repetitions of Pushups and Pullups
With so many fancy workout routines out there, it is easy to overlook just how effective and productive the basics are. Establishing an initially forgiving routine of pullups and pushups is the perfect way to begin strengthening your body.
Once your yoga routine has ended, it’s time to really get the blood pumping with a short series of pushups and pullups. Now, many will struggle to even do a few pushups to begin with. Pullups, on the other hand, are very challenging for the inexperienced.
However, if you can start by doing even just fifteen minutes’ worth of this exercise type, you will be blessing your entire upper body with a wholesome workout. Try going for six sets of six pushups and three sets of as many pullups as you can manage. This whole workout should last between fifteen to twenty minutes.
